RHYNOSIKAT
The RHYNOSIKAT project aims to establish a digital presence for a rock band and engage fans with their music and merchandise. The project involves designing a user-friendly website with a streamlined listening and ordering process.
The Problem
RHYNOSIKAT lacks a digital platform for fans to access music and merchandise, limiting reach and revenue.
The Solution
Provide an easy and streamlined process for visitors to listen to RHYNOSIKAT's music and purchase their merchandise.
Key Challenges
Develop a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with RHYNOSIKAT's business objectives
Ensure the website is easy to use and intuitive
Address technical constraints, including scalability and performance
Strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality in the platform design
Research study
Through interviews and empathy maps, I researched rock music listeners as my primary user group. The study revealed that while many assumptions were confirmed, access to lyrics also impacts their purchasing decision.
Affinity Diagram
An affinity diagram helped me organize and categorize user feedback to identify patterns and themes, which informed the design decisions for the website.
